Hey! Pikmin unread files

The following files in Hey! Pikmin are not being read by the game, even though they seem like perfectly normal files. Keep this in mind for when you think you are changing game parameters or content, and then realize that nothing is happening at all.

• param/param_rescue.csv sounds like it contains the parameters for the area skipping triggers, but changing its values, or even clearing the file outright has no effect.
