. It is unknown what this file is.
This file has commonly been mistaken to be a Hierarchy file from the Nintendo GAMECUBE Character Pipeline SDK, but, even though they share the same file extension, they are not the same file format. In the Character Pipeline SDK, ACT files are hierarchical skeletons/armatures that accompany models.
