Citra is an emulator for Nintendo 3DS games. As of at least version 3dcda15, it can play Hey! Pikmin with seemingly excellent accuracy, and a fair enough speed.

Use

Simply open the emulator and, using the menus, configure it, and load up a .3ds game to play.

Under Linux, you will want to run citra-qt for a standard graphical interface. If you cannot run it due to problems with libcurl, install libcurl4-gnutls-dev using your package manager (e.g. run sudo apt-get install libcurl4-gnutls-dev.
