The TXE
file, or Dolphin Texture file, is a very simple image data wrapper only found and used in Pikmin. There are 2 variations of the TXE file, for a MOD file and the other as a standalone file. For easy identification of what format I will be talking about, mTXE is a MOD file TXE.
