Pikmin 2 particle emitters are defined in JPC files. The following is a list of all particles within /user/Mukki/movie/g00_gamestart/demo.szs/efx.jpc – which was part of the E3 version of the game and goes unused in the full release of Pikmin 2 – as well as what particle emitters and particle textures they contain.
Note: The JPC file is compressed in a demo.szs file, so you will need an ARC/SZS unpacker to extract it.
