EveryFileExplorer is a tool that aims to support almost every type of file in Nintendo's games. It can be used to navigate and extract the contents inside Hey! Pikmin's ARC files.

Use[edit]
Simply download the zip and extract it somewhere. Then, open EveryFileExplorer.exe, go to File/Open..., and select the file you want.
The contents of Hey! Pikmin's ARC files will not have file types, and will all be identified as binary blobs. Just know that images in ARC files are simply BFLIM files.
To extract the full contents of a directory inside an ARC, go to Tools/Export Directory Content...
